Council Laws
Parliamentary Laws are the primary legislation of the Kingdom - they cannot be repealed or amended except by subsequent Laws of the Council. A Law of the Council is first drafted by a MP. It is then taken to parliament, debated, then to the Council, then Monarch. An Act needs the Monarch's approval to be passed.
Until the 2021 constitution, Act procedure was undefined.
